"The name of this collection recalls the historic site of Vacheron Constantin at a place called “en l'Ile” in the heart of Geneva. Presented in 2008, the Quai de l'Ile collection is, in a way, a modern expression of our classic style. In contrast to other Vacheron Constantin collections, Quai de l'Ile is not an explicit reflection of the Maison's rich heritage but instead is a decidedly contemporary creation. Its modern style is accentuated by its dial which has a strong and very recognizable design.
