This Luminor Marina PAM01314's casing is all you would anticipate from a Panerai. Although it is huge at 44mm, Panerai somehow embraces the "oversized" notion. Additionally, don't expect this to fit under a cuff because it is 15.65mm tall. After all, it's a Luminor. The current take on this iconic design is the cushion-shaped case, which has sharper edges and a polished bezel instead of a brushed center case. Together with the screwed caseback, the distinctive Safety Lock mechanism on the right side ensures a 300-meter water-resistance. Although the Luminor Marina is a true aquatic model, its absence of a rotating bezel prevents it from being a proper diver's watch. This is the goal of the Submersible series.
